We could assist with an L1 Visa or guide you on a more permanent path. How many employment-based Visas are issued per annum?Currently 40 000 employment-based category 3 Visas are issued every year.

What is the age limit for applicants?The minimum age for applications is 18 and the maximum is 70 years.

Do you assist people trying to immigrate to the UAE/ UK/ Canada/ Georgia/ Malta/ Panama/ New Zealand/ Australia?The scope of our work and expertise only extends to the U.S. Sadly we will not be able to assist you with processing your immigration papers for other countries, unless you are a qualified nurse or truck driver. We could extend our services to the United Kingdom.

I have a criminal record. Can I immigrate to the U.S.A.?Please highlight the circumstances around your criminal record to Induku for further clarification. However, as a rule, no one with a criminal record will automatically be illegible.

My Visa is in breach – I have overstayed my Visa term, can you assist?Unfortunately, the U.S.A. takes any breach of a previously-issued Visa very seriously and they could ban you for up to 10 years.
